Brief filed to stop implementation of Arizona’s Prop. 200

Today, the Lawyers' Committee and the litigation team representing the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona and other plaintiffs filed a brief supporting the plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction to stop implementation of Prop. 200, Arizona's new law requiring proof of citizenship at time of registration and photo ID when voting.
