DOJ Career Professionals Respond to Misleading Testimony

Today, I joined a group of career civil servants, including my current Lawyers' Committee colleague, Joe Rich, who all worked in the Department of Justice's Voting Section in writing a letter to the Senate Rules Committee.  The letter responded to misleading comments made by Hans von Spakovsky during his confirmation hearing to the Federal Election Commission.
