Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act

As the lead legal organization in Election Protection, NCFFE saw first-hand the frustration voters felt with voting technology. Congressman Holt's bill, the Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act is an important first step in ensuring the dual goals of confidence in the casting and counting of ballots as well as accessibility for voters with disabilities and language minority voters.
